VANCOUVER VIRTUAL RUN SUMMIT 2020
The Kin Lab team presented at the Vancouver Virtual Run Summit 2020 on May 27, 2020, alongside 18 local health professionals. The summit included presentations about the treatment and management of runners in regards to injury prevention/treatment, run programming/load management, foot biomechanics, running styles and so much more! It does not matter if you are a recreational runner or expert runner, there will be something for everyone!

As obvious as it may sound, to run faster, individuals must integrate “fast running” into their programs. Join us as we analyze the biomechanics and technical aspects of some of the world’s top runners. We’ll break down some fundamental features and teach you how to can include those aspects into your own program.
